You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns and exchanges are raised online through our Returns Centre. To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original for a refund and place a fresh order for the piece you want.

Visit our Returns Centre at saanwri.in/apps/return_prime within 7 days of delivery, select your item, choose a reason, and submit your request. Once it is approved, we arrange a reverse pickup wherever your pincode is serviceable. Please note that returns and exchanges cannot be requested by email or phone.

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across India, wherever our courier partners service your pincode. You can choose COD at checkout.

Orders below ₹1,000 carry a flat shipping charge of ₹50, and orders of ₹1,000 and above ship free within India. The exact charge, if any, is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours on working days, and are usually delivered within 2 to 7 working days depending on your pincode. Timelines are estimates and may vary during sales or due to courier delays.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we email the tracking details to your registered email address. If you cannot find them, please check your spam folder and then write to us at support@saanwri.in.

No. Reverse pickup is free. Saanwri bears the full cost of return shipping on every eligible return and exchange, and nothing is deducted from your refund. If your pincode is not serviceable for pickup, we reimburse your return-shipping cost, so a return never costs you anything.

Every product page includes a size guide with garment measurements. Choose your size by comparing those measurements against a garment that already fits you well. If you are between sizes or unsure, write to us at support@saanwri.in and we will be glad to help.

Please follow the care instructions on each product. As a general guide, we recommend a gentle wash and avoiding harsh detergents and prolonged direct sunlight. Many of our pieces use handcrafted and printed fabrics, so slight variations in colour or print are natural and are signs of authenticity.

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by writing to us at support@saanwri.in as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return or exchange after delivery in line with our policy.

Refunds are usually initiated within 7 to 10 business days after your returned item reaches us and passes our quality check. Your bank or payment provider may then take a few more business days to reflect the amount. For COD orders, refunds are made to a bank account or UPI ID that you provide.

At the moment, we ship only within India. We hope to serve international customers in the future.
