These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://www.saanwri.in/ (the "Website"), and the products, content and services we offer (together, the "Services"). The Website and Services are operated by Svvar Lifestyle Private Limited, which owns and operates the brand "Saanwri" (referred to as "Saanwri", "we", "us" or "our"). The terms "you" and "your" refer to the person who accesses the Website or purchases from us.

By visiting the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or the Services.

Saanwri is committed to delivering high quality, thoughtfully made Indian womenswear that blends tradition with modern style. Our Website and Services are designed to give you a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

Please note: Saanwri operates only through the Website (https://www.saanwri.in/). We do not currently offer a mobile application and do not operate any physical retail stores.

1. Who can use our Services

By accessing the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age, or that you are using the Services under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Our products are intended for personal, non-commercial use. Any misuse of the Website, or any unauthorised access to the Services, may result in suspension or termination of your access and your account.

2. Your account

To place an order, you may need to create an account with us. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to keep your account details, including your password, secure and confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, and to suspend or terminate any account, where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated, or where fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity has taken place.

3. Products, descriptions and availability

We make every effort to ensure that product details, descriptions, images and prices on the Website are accurate. Many of our pieces feature prints and finishes that carry the natural character of handcrafted and printed textiles, so minor variations in colour, print placement, weave or finish are normal and are signs of authenticity, not defects. Slight differences may also appear between a product and its on-screen images due to differences in device displays, lighting and photography.

All products are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product or service we offer to any customer.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept a range of payment methods, which may include credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a pricing or product error is identified after you place an order, we will contact you and may cancel the affected order, refunding any amount already paid. By submitting an order, you authorise us (and our payment partners) to charge the applicable amount for that order.

5. Shipping and delivery

Saanwri currently ships within India. Shipping timelines and any applicable charges depend on your delivery location and the shipping method, and are shown to you before you complete your order.

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details where available. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delivery timelines are estimates only, and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, or events affecting the delivery network.

6. Returns, exchanges and refunds

We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, you may request a return or exchange within 7 (seven) days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

All return and exchange requests are raised online through our Returns Centre; we do not accept return or exchange requests by email or phone. 7. Privacy and security

Your privacy matters to us. We collect, use and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We use reputable payment gateways and reasonable security measures to help keep your information safe. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Website.

8. Acceptable use

When using the Website and the Services, you agree not to:

  • use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems, or another user's account;

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence in our intellectual property.

11. User-generated content

If you submit any content to us or through the Website, such as reviews, photographs, comments or feedback, you confirm that you own or have the right to share that content, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish and display such content in connection with our business, including for marketing, unless you tell us otherwise. We may remove any user content at our discretion.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law, will continue to apply.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall, as far as possible, first be resolved amicably between the parties. Failing amicable resolution, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator, with the seat and venue of arbitration at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and the proceedings conducted in English. Subject to the arbitration provision above, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the Website, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Website or the Services after any change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
